Keep your classic Moog Minimoog model D in top form with our comprehensive recapping kit. This kit includes all of the electrolytic and tantalium capacitors from ALL boards, as well as three polyester capacitors for the resonance and keyboard sample & hold circuits.

With easy-to-follow "replace-by-number" instructions and colored board schematics, this kit makes it easy to get your synth back in top form.

Please note that you'll need to tell us which oscillator board you have, as some capacitors differ from one version to the next. To determine which version you have, please write the model in the menu.

Minimoog model D capacitors have an average lifespan of 30 years, and with many model Ds being over 37 years old, it is essential to replace these components to prevent malfunction or costly repairs. Our recapping kit not only includes the necessary electrolytic capacitors, but also the more expensive and harder-to-find tantalium capacitors. Additionally, the three included polyester capacitors can help improve the performance of the keyboard sample & hold circuit (which is often the cause of the infamous Mini pitch drift) and the resonance circuit (if your Mini's resonance has lost its original extreme power). Be sure to replace any striped capacitors, as they are known to be faulty with age.
