Our Process

Bring your equipment
Bring or send us your equipment, but make sure to pack it properly to prevent any damage during transportation. We recommend using a sturdy box with adequate padding to ensure your gear arrives at our workshop safely.
Diagnostic
We will begin diagnosing the issue based on any symptoms you may have already described, as well as any additional symptoms we may uncover during our inspection. We will thoroughly test and inspect your equipment to identify the root cause of the problem.
Budget
Once the issue has been diagnosed, if the repair cost exceeds 100€, we will contact you to provide an estimated repair cost quote. We will not proceed with the repair until we have received your approval for the estimate.
Repair
After you have approved the repair cost quote, we will proceed with the repair. Repair time will depend on whether parts need to be purchased, and in some cases, due to the age of the equipment, finding the necessary parts may take longer. We will keep you informed throughout the repair process.
Calibration
Although not always necessary, it's common to recalibrate equipment after repair to ensure it is back to 100% performance. We will let you know if we recommend recalibration for your equipment.
Back to you!
t's time for a reunion! Once the repair is complete, we will notify you, and you can either pick up your equipment or have it shipped to you. We'll make sure to coordinate the details with you.
